How did your January goals work for you?

We are at the end of January, so I decided this would be a good time to check in with y’all, as well as, myself to see how we killed our goals. I’ll go first, I lost 3 whole pounds for the month of January, short of my goal by 5 pounds. I ate vegan dishes for 20 days out of 30. I met this goal, however; I only studied 3 days this month for my fitness instructor certification. I was suppose to study at least 4 days a week, didn’t happen. As you can see I fell a little short on some of my goals, but I didn’t quit. As long as I am consistent, I will not be defeated.

Let’s make sure we continue to be decisive, write down our goals, and stay focused.
